Tell it to the bees (2018)

“Tell It to the Bees” is set in 1950:s small town Britain. Single mother Lydia takes her bullied son Charlie to see a female doctor named Jean. When Lydia and Charlie are evicted from their home shortly after due to Lydia’s poor earnings, Jean invites them to live with her. Slowly, a friendship, as well as a forbidden love starts forming between the two women. The film premiered at the Toronto Film Festival.
